We use the Checkbox Pro plugin in conjunction with Nova Poshta Pro on our website splitted.space – the automation works perfectly. I configured it once and haven’t had to return to the settings since.
I remember once the checkbox service changed the rules for generating cheques, and this required some changes in the data transfer from the website. The morkva team sent us a letter in advance with step-by-step instructions on what to do and where to do it to make sure everything worked properly. That was the second and last time I went into the plugin settings =)
