Terms of Service

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites morkva.co.ua and morkva.co.ua/en (the “Site”), as well as any digital products, subscriptions, documentation, and services provided by “morkva” (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing the Site, purchasing a product or subscription, downloading materials, or requesting support/services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Who we are
We operate as a Ukrainian sole proprietor (ФОП) under Ukrainian law. Our current legal/offer terms may also be published as a public offer on our Site (“Public Offer”). If there is a conflict between these Terms and a product-specific license/offer shown at checkout, the checkout/product terms prevail for that product.
2) Purchases, delivery, and access
Digital Products are delivered electronically (download/access in your account or via checkout flow). Access to updates/support depends on an active subscription (if the product is subscription-based).
We may modify products, pricing, and availability at any time. Price changes do not affect already-paid periods unless otherwise stated.
3) Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

Subscriptions are time-limited and typically renew on a periodic basis (e.g., annual), depending on the product plan displayed at checkout.

To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel before the renewal date using your account settings (if available) or by contacting us.

After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the already-paid subscription period.
4) Warranty
Plugins sold and distributed by “morkva” are done so in the hope that they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
All our products are guaranteed to function on a clean install of the minimum, stable and required version of WordPress and WooCommerce. Because the number and variety of plugins is vast and wide, we do not guarantee that the product will function with all third-party plugins, themes or browsers of any kind. We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software. We assume no responsibility for any data loss as a result of installing or using a “morkva” product. Should conflicts occur with third-party software, we may provide support at our discretion.
5) Updates and compatibility
We may release updates to improve features, security, or compatibility. We do not guarantee that:

a product will remain compatible with every WordPress/WooCommerce/theme/plugin version forever;

a product will work in every hosting/server environment;
-
third-party integrations will remain stable.
If an issue is caused by third-party code, hosting limitations, or modifications to our code, it may fall outside Support scope and may require paid Service Work or third-party involvement.
6) Technical Support Policy
Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis during business hours and handled in a queue. We do not provide any SLA (no guaranteed response time or resolution time).
Support hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00 (Kyiv time).
We may respond outside these hours during critical incidents affecting our infrastructure.
Support format: text only (no calls; no voice messages).
6.1 What Support includes
Support typically includes:

guidance on installation, activation, and settings;

explaining product functionality;
-
basic troubleshooting when we can reproduce the issue on a clean environment.
6.2 What Support does NOT include
Support does not include (examples):
-
custom development (PHP/JS), CSS styling, or building custom features;
- plugin set up on your behalf;
Anything outside Support scope may be offered as paid Service Work.
